The Inn Welcomes Your Pets!
The island is a pet friendly community.  There are beaches to run, trails to sniff and fellow canines to meet.  The Pub’s patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner with your leashed friend.  

Dogs are required to be leashed by law. 
Pets are allowed on the Pub patio.

Pet Friendly Accommodations:
These rental units allow pets with the following restrictions:

Lake Frontage

Fairway Suites

Lightkeeper’s Lodge
– will allow dogs when entire building is rented except in rooms 406 and 407

Marina Point Condominiums
505 & 506
504 – will allow dogs with prior owner approval
but no cats

The Bungalows
– will allow dogs in units 601 – 606

Additional Pet Policies:
Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area.
Pets are allowed on the Pub patio.

If an unattended pet causes any complaint a minimum charge of $50 per animal will be added to the pet owner’s account. The Inn will send an employee to either quiet the animal(s) down or remove them to a kennel away from the source of the complaint. If the owner of a pet cannot control his pet, thereby causing a complaint from others, the pet owner will be asked to vacate The Inn’s accommodation forfeiting any deposit or unused paid rental time.

No onsite services. Information on local pet service providers is available at the front desk.

Pet Guest Fee:

$50.00 per reservation for all houses and condos; $10 per night for hotel rooms.

Pet owners are asked to sign a document upon arrival spelling out their liability to any pet damage and releasing The Inn from any liability in attempting to enforce pet policies.
