We have many options to choose from to make your special event even more extraordinary. So, tell us your dream, and together we can bring it to life.

Weddings & Events at The Inn

The Pub Restaurant and The Light Keeper’s Lodge offer sweeping views of Lake Superior. Imagine the sunset framing your special event at our picturesque location on the beach, while sailboats glide by in the distance.

Our experienced culinary team can craft anything from a relaxed BBQ or a classic event buffet, to an elevated fine-dining experience.

We’ll work closely with you on every detail to ensure your event is seamless, memorable, and perfectly tailored to your vision.

The Details

  • A nonrefundable Deposit is required at time of booking to guarantee your date. The remaining balance is due on or prior to your event date.

  • A room block can be made at the time of booking. All rooms will be held up to 60 days prior to the event.

  • Final Menu selections and final guaranteed guest count must be received 45 days prior to the event date.

    Final charges will be based on the guarantee or final number of attendees, whichever is greater.

    Menu prices do not include taxes or gratuity/service charge.

    No Outside Food or Beverages.

  • The Wisconsin State Liquor commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

    The Inn, as licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations.

    It is The Inn’s policy that all alcoholic beverages are provided by the Inn and served by The Inn’s bartenders. No outside liquor is permitted throughout any event.

    Gratuity for alcoholic beverage service is 22%.

  • Music is not provided by The Inn.

    Per Town of La Pointe noise ordinance, music needs to stop by 11:00pm.

Event Spaces

The Light Keeper’s Lodge Great Room

$2400.00* for up to 10 hours.

The Great Room is our private banquet room. Located on the first floor, The Great Room features French doors that open onto the terrace and lakeside lawn, offering beautiful views of Lake Superior.

Inside, guests can enjoy a large gas fireplace and a flat-screen television. Microphones, a DVD player and WiFi are available for use. There is a separate kitchenette adjacent to the Great Room.

Includes: table linens, silverware, glassware, outside seating (weather permitting), set up/clean up, and room blocks that may include all rooms in the Light Keeper’s Lodge.

The Great room can accommodate parties of 75 people comfortably.

The Pub Restaurant & Wine Bar

The Pub Restaurant is right next to the Light Keeper’s Lodge on Lake Superior.

This is the perfect spot for your guests to have a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Superior. The entrance to the Madeline Island Yacht Club harbor is to the left, so you can enjoy watching the many boats arriving and leaving the marina.

Comfortable tables in the main dining room can seat groups of 30–70 people.

The Atrium

600.00* for up to 5 hours.

A semi-private dining experience in The Pub Restaurant. Can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Parties of 25 or more must use the Lightkeepers Lodge Great Room for all event activities.

The Pub and Light Keeper’s Lodge Lawn

The lawn is also a great outdoor space for weddings, receptions and other events.

Lodging

Rooms can be blocked for an event, depending on season and availability.

The Inn on Madeline Island offers a wide variety of lodging options to suit everyone in your group. Choose from lakeside suites with whirlpool tubs and balconies overlooking Lake Superior, or condos and bungalows that give you a true taste of island life.

All accommodations include access to the pool, hot tub, private beach area, pickle ball and tennis courts, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Lodging in the Light Keepers Lodge

Located in the same building as the Great Room and next door to The Pub, Light Keeper’s Lodge features six deluxe suites and two deluxe rooms. Most suites offer fireplaces and whirlpool or soaking tubs, with balconies or terraces overlooking Lake Superior. Occupancy Max 32.

The Bungalows

One bedroom suites tucked in a grove of trees, featuring one king or two queen beds, gas fireplace, dining area kitchenette and bath with soaking tub. Offer a shared outdoor space. Occupancy Max 20.

Fairway Suites

Overlooking the golf course, these one bedroom condos offer a separate bedroom, private patio or deck. Occupancy Max 40.

Marina Point

Two bedroom units with lofts within easy walking distance to the Inn and Pub.

Bus Tour Policies

  • The Pub requires a minimum of 25 people with a maximum of 70 people, bus tour lunch is available to book Monday – Friday. One complimentary meal per 25 people.

  • The Pub reserves the right to not accept a tour based on time restrictions and availability. Package available for lunch service only.

  • Count and menu selection must be submitted 14 days in advance.

  • Bus tours must be prompt and counts must be accurate. Final guarantee must be submitted 10 days in advance.

  • All charges will be based on the actual number of guests served, if greater than the guarantee. Payment must be made on the day of the event in the form of cash or credit card.
