The Inn
on Madeline Island manages homes and condominiums owned by
private individuals. The Inn handles all of the details of
renting and provides owners with their rental income after
expenses. If you already own a home on Madeline Island or
are considering purchasing one, we would be very interested

For buying or selling real estate on Madeline Island, The Inn on Madeline Island works with all Wisconsin licensed real estate brokers. There are four real estate brokerage firms located on Madeline Island to choose from not counting additional brokers in Bayfield or other parts of Wisconsin. The Inn selected Island Shores Realty to list the real estate we have for sale. Currently, The Inn has three Marina Point Condominiums for sale located next to our tennis courts.
